We are supporting a global organisation in the search for an experienced Endpoint Management Engineer to join a high-performing IT operations environment. This role sits at the heart of enterprise end-user computing, supporting a large-scale Windows estate in a fast-paced, always-on setting.
You will work across modern endpoint technologies, troubleshooting complex issues, improving system resilience, and contributing to continuous improvement through automation and best practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who enjoys technical depth, variety, and real operational impact.
Perform advanced troubleshooting of Windows endpoint issues, including Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments and Group Policy configurations
Support and maintain enterprise endpoint management platforms to ensure high availability, performance, and security
Monitor and improve the health of endpoint infrastructure through scripting and automation
Manage operating system images, including WIM files, driver packaging, and hardware certification standards
Support enterprise device lifecycle activities such as deployments, updates, upgrades, and configuration changes
Work within an agile delivery framework, balancing operational support with feature development in a 24/7 environment
Collaborate with wider infrastructure and support teams to resolve incidents and prevent recurrence
Strong hands-on experience managing Windows client operating systems in enterprise environments
Proven experience using endpoint management tools for deployment, patching, upgrades, and configuration management
Solid understanding of Group Policy, device configuration, and endpoint security principles
Experience supporting distributed user environments across medium to large organisations
Hands-on knowledge of PC and laptop hardware, drivers, and enterprise certification processes
Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues methodically and communicate solutions clearly
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
