Job Responsibilities

Primarily responsible for Group technical standard and operational policies, quality control and assurance. Maintain close liaison with HQ main laboratory divisions, branches nationwide and regional branches on test results quality standards, provide assistance, trouble-shoot and support on technical issues and matters and to ensure a high standard of technical excellence practices in the Group. To participate in the Technical Committee and provide the necessary report, advise and consul and follow-ups on decisions and recommendations made in the technical Committee.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Science, Biochemistry or related qualifications.
• Evidence of continuing education, such as certifications, a plus.
• Minimum 12-15 years' experience in medical laboratory testing field.
• At least 5-6 years' experience in supervisory/management role.
• Ability to work in high pressure, deadline driven work environment.
• Exceptional communication and reporting skills,
• Solid working knowledge in all required laboratory testing methodology and ISO15189.
• Outstanding leadership skills and ability to plan, co-ordinate, monitor and hands-on approach to carry out tasks and responsibilities effectively.
