As the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible to drive recruitment strategies and directions for hires across our global and remote offices, with the end goal of cultivating a culture of high performance within the organization. This would entail holding regular conversations with business leaders to identify the capabilities, experience, and potential of current employees, and align those with the organization’s growth strategy in order to reveal talent gaps and development needs. You will likewise assume a hands‑on role in the recruitment process, such as sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates. This role reports to the Head of Talent Acquisition.
