Our client, a professional services firm, is seeking a dynamic HR professional with expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and engagement to drive recruitment, workplace culture, and employee well‑being initiatives.

Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from job analysis and sourcing to interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Develop clear and compelling job descriptions, ensuring they align with business needs.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to ensure the best talent fit.
  • Manage job offer discussions, negotiations, and the hiring process.
  • Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
  • Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
  • Perform market benchmarking to refine and maintain competitive hiring strategies.
  • Represent the organization at job fairs, campus events, and networking opportunities.
  • Manage background checks and reference verifications prior to onboarding.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through proactive engagement and communication.
  • Address employee concerns and conflicts with professionalism and fairness.
  • Coordinate employee engagement programs and initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, HR policies, and relevant regulations.
  • Drive Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) efforts to strengthen the organizational culture.
  • Design and implement programs focused on employee wellness, work‑life balance, and engagement.
  • Organize team‑building events, wellness activities, and recognition programs.
  • Conduct employee engagement surveys and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Create a motivated, connected, and high‑performing workforce environment.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3‑5 years of experience in full‑cycle recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate or professional services setting.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, employer branding, and candidate engagement.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and capable of working independently in a fast‑paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and teamwork.
