A leading engineering firm located in Malaysia is seeking an experienced professional to lead system architecture and integration for critical infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in ICT/Network and Security systems, particularly in hyperscale data center environments. Responsibilities include defining system interface requirements, leading commissioning activities, and ensuring seamless integration with various technical disciplines. Strong documentation and communication skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

Job description

Responsibilities

• Lead system architecture and integration for OneSCADA/SCADA platforms, Building Management System (BMS), Power Management System (PMS), Electronic Security System (ACS, CCTV, IDS, VMS, etc.), ICT/Structure cabling/Network systems.
• Define interface requirements between all systems.
• Review and validate network topology and redundancy design.
• Coordinate with MEP, Electrical, Mechanical, and Fire systems for seamless integration (strong alignment with global general commissioning requirements).
• Lead and support end-to-end commissioning activities (L1~L5): FAT/FWT (Hardware & Software), SAT/IWT, functional and integrated system testing, test procedures & scripts, issue/punch tracking (Cx Tools, especially ACC), Red/Orange/Yellow/Blue tag readiness.
• Coordinate with consultant and end-user.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in ICT/Network, Security, OneSCADA (BMS/PMS) with senior engineer or lead role exposure with hyperscale data center standards.
• Proven experience in datacenters or mission‑critical facilities.
• Hands‑on commissioning experience across L1-L5 testing stages.
• Strong documentation and communication skills; technical reports, procedures and presentations.
• Ability to lead multi‑disciplinary coordination in complex projects.
• Familiarity with global commissioning frameworks and integrated testing environments.
• Strong knowledge of BMS/PMS/SCADA integration, ICT/Network infrastructure & structure cabling engineering, security systems (ACS, CCTV, VMS, etc.).
