Job summary

A leading retail company in Malaysia is seeking a Senior System Analyst to collaborate with users, analyze system requirements, and provide support for BI Reporting and System Integration activities. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience, a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, and strong proficiency in SQL. Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred. This role requires the ability to work independently and prepare comprehensive documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in system analysis or related roles.
• Proven experience in managing project activities.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with users to understand business processes and gather system requirements.
• Analyze system requirements, identify change impacts, and propose effective solutions.
• Provide system support to business users for BI Reporting and System Integration activities.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation including Requirement Specifications and Functional Specifications.
• Conduct system training and offer guidance to end users.
