Job summary

A consulting firm specializing in supply chain is seeking candidates for a role focused on enhancing client companies' operations and workflows. The candidate must have a degree from one of Malaysia’s top universities or a globally ranked university, along with hands-on experience in Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay processes. Responsibilities include process analysis, strategic recommendations, and supporting transformation projects to improve operational efficiency. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with various teams and lead initiatives aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

• Must possess a degree from one of Malaysia’s Top 5 Universities or a Top 5 globally ranked overseas university.
• Proven knowledge and hands-on experience in Order-to-Cash (OTC), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Inventory & Warehouse Management.
• Exposure to Demand or Supply Planning is an added advantage.
• Consulting, Sales, or transformation project experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with client companies to evaluate supply chain operations.
• Conduct process analysis and provide strategic recommendations.
• Support or lead transformation projects focusing on operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal and client teams for alignment.
• Develop and present business cases and performance improvement plans.
• Monitor project implementation progress against KPIs.
