Operations Supervisor

• Lead and monitor end-to-end warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with SOPs and KPIs.
• Supervise daily activities across multiple shifts, including receiving, picking, checking, packing, and dispatching.
• Ensure inbound processes (verification, segregation, put-away, replenishment, damage reporting) are executed accurately and on time.
• Oversee outbound operations: carton verification, truck loading, packaging material control, and returns management.
• Conduct random quality checks to maintain accuracy and service standards.

Inventory & Compliance

• Organize and supervise daily cycle counts and annual stock take to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Prepare schedules, stock balances, and corrective action reports.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse audits and maintain proper documentation.
• Manage and coach supervisors, operations staff, and contract workers.
• Provide training on SOPs, product knowledge, machine maintenance, and safety awareness.
• Monitor performance, recommend promotions or corrective actions, and foster a culture of accountability.
• Validate overtime requests and ensure resource optimization.
• Prepare KPI reports and operational analysis for internal meetings and principals.
• Identify and propose process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with Admin, Finance, and senior management on billing, documentation, and operational strategies.
