- Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management platforms, especially Alibaba and direct China suppliers.
- Experience in a similar industry, particularly in FMCG, trading, or GWP (Gifts with Purchase) products, will be an added advantage.

Responsibility
Supplier & Sourcing Management
- Implement sourcing plans to ensure orders meet specified quality, delivery timelines, and cost efficiency.
- Establish and maintain a reliable supplier base in line with company requirements.
- Evaluate current and potential suppliers in coordination with Supplier Quality Teams and China HQ.
- Handle supplier inquiries, requests for quotations (RFQ), proposals, and bidding processes.
- Develop long-term supplier relationships and maintain rapport with all levels of supplier personnel.
Purchasing & Negotiation
- Negotiate with suppliers to meet quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
- Execute contract negotiation and development in coordination with the Marketing Manager.
- Drive parts and process qualification in coordination with China HQ Quality Teams.
- Guarantee supply continuity for all product portfolios in collaboration with Marketing and Operations teams.
- Identify opportunities and implement actions to achieve cost savings and efficiency improvements.
Coordination & Reporting
- Document supplier performance, action plans, and timelines for assigned sourcing projects.
- Work with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Quality, and Finance) to resolve supply chain issues.
- Track purchasing activities and prepare reports on supplier performance, cost analysis, and sourcing progress.
- Support internal audits and ensure compliance with company procurement policies.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
