Responsibilities

• Design and deliver solutioning designs for customer‑facing applications and guide the product team in implementing best practices.
• Investigate and resolve incidents that were not resolved by lower support levels and collaborate with other IT support teams and specialists.
• Manage, propose and implement production security changes to ensure global availability of key DHL Group services across data centers and premises.
• Apply Generative AI, Machine Learning, Load Balancers, VPNs, Proxies and cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud.
• Collaborate cross‑region with global teams and prioritize tasks under time and workload pressure.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of cloud architecture and exposure to data modeling.
• Experience in adopting Generative AI/Agentic AI and implementing customer‑facing applications.
• Hands‑on development experience in Angular, Java, Python and familiarity with development frameworks.
