Job description

Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack / Controls)

Responsibilities:

• Develop Embedded Linux modules, hardware abstraction layers, and real-time control interfaces for PLCs, sensors, and DAQ hardware.
• Build REST/gRPC services for reliable communication between test hardware and applications.
• Design a modular software stack integrated with MES, yield, and factory systems.
• Implement CI/CD, Dockerized environments, and automated tests for robust production releases.
• Use AI coding assistants (Cursor, Claude Code, Codex) to accelerate implementation, verification and automate CI/CD workflows.
• Work with the Principal Architect on design and technical direction.
• Support pilot deployments and operator onboarding.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in embedded systems development, Linux, and real-time control.
• Experience with REST/gRPC, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and testing automation.
• Strong knowledge of hardware interfaces and PLC integration.
• Ability to collaborate with architects and support pilot deployments.
• Experience with AI coding assistants preferred.
