JOB TITLE
Senior Social Media Strategist (Sales & Marketing) to drive revenue, brand growth, and community engagement across our digital entertainment's platforms. This role sits at the intersection of content strategy, community activation, influencer/affiliate marketing, and performance analytics, with a strong focus on UGC, affiliates, and conversion-driven campaigns. You will own the end-to-end social media strategy, manage stakeholders, and turn community-led content into measurable business results.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement branding and marketing strategies aligned with business and sales objectives.
- Conduct market research, customer insights analysis, and competitor analysis to guide marketing direction.
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with branding, growth, and sales goals.
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid and organic social media campaigns to drive engagement, conversions, and ROI.
- Create and execute content across all social platforms, ensuring consistency in brand tone, audience relevance, and commercial intent.
- Hands-on scriptwriting for short-form videos, UGC, influencer, and affiliate content, including hooks, structure, talking points, and CTAs.
- Apply strong awareness of platform and content trends to develop relevant, brand-safe, and performance-driven scripts and content angles.
- Continuously improve content performance by refining formats, hooks, messaging, and scripts based on data and audience insights.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize content, targeting, and campaign performance.
- Monitor KPIs (engagement, reach, CTR, conversions, ROI) and prepare performance reports with actionable recommendations.
- Lead community activation initiatives, including UGC-driven campaigns and always-on community engagement.
- Foster and manage a strong, brand-aligned online community through active engagement with comments, messages, and conversations.
- Identify, onboard, and manage influencers, affiliates, KOLs, and partners to amplify brand reach and sales.
- Champion and grow affiliate and referral programs; track deliverables, performance, and ROI.
- Collaborate with internal teams, creators, influencers, and affiliates to produce social content and campaign assets.
- Serve as the brand guardian, ensuring consistent brand identity, tone, and design across all platforms and touchpoints.
- Oversee the creation and development of creative assets, including visuals, copy, social media content, and marketing collateral.
- Strengthen brand presence through events, sponsorships, influencer/KOL collaborations, and online/offline activations.
- Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital ads, social media, influencers, offline activations, and partnerships.
- Design and execute promotions and campaigns that support customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.
- Develop and execute offline marketing activities such as roadshows, pop-up activations, and sponsorship tie-ins to complement digital campaigns.
- Work closely with operations and relevant teams to design customer promotions, loyalty programs, and targeted growth campaigns.
- Manage external agencies, vendors, and media partners to deliver high-quality, revenue-focused campaigns.
- Support internal teams to align internal communications with brand values.
- Mentor junior team members and promote effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Stay up to date with AI design and marketing trends, with hands-on experience using AI tools to enhance creativity and marketing efficiency.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in branding and marketing (covering both strategy and execution).
- Comfortable engaging industry for various Digital Entertainment Gaming platforms.
- Proven experience in UGC campaigns, influencer marketing, or affiliate programs.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and short-form content best practices.
- Comfortable using analytics and reporting tools (e.g. platform insights, Google Analytics, social listening tools) and able to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong ability to connect marketing strategies with sales and business results.
- Creative, analytical, and data-driven, with the ability to optimize performance based on results.
- Strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.
