Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit progress claims and variation orders.
• Attend site valuations and meetings; liaise with the Contract Manager.
• Provide pre- and post-contract support, including final account preparation.
• Track retention sums and ensure timely release upon project completion.
