Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit progress claims, variation orders, and EOT applications with accurate and timely supporting documentation
• Attend site valuations, measurements, and meetings; liaise with the Contract Manager and Project Manager on variation and contractual matters
• Provide pre- and post-contract support, including cost monitoring, scope change management, and final account preparation
• Work with the Project Manager to prepare regular physical progress and cost-related reports
• Track retention sums and ensure timely release upon project completion; support post-contract activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Preferably candidates with at least 6-7 years of relevant working experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the mechanical and electrical fields
• Self-motivated and able to work effectively under tight deadlines
• Willing to work at project site in Sepang
