Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience in a similar role is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit progress claims, variation orders, and EOT applications.
• Attend site valuations, measurements, and meetings.
• Assist in contract awards and sourcing quotations from suppliers.
• Provide pre- and post-contract support including cost monitoring.
• Track retention sums and ensure timely release upon project completion.
