Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, particularly in high-rise residential projects.
• Strong understanding of market prices for construction works/materials and property development SOPs.
• Fluency in English and Malay is required; Mandarin/Cantonese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in tracking tender schedules closely to ensure targets and deadlines are met.
• Monitor project costs diligently, minimizing Variation Orders (VO) and Extensions of Time (EoT).
• Ensure final accounts are completed accurately and on time.
