Job summary

A leading oil company in Asia is seeking an experienced professional to provide support for SAP ERP and related applications. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree, have at least 5 years of experience in SAP solutions, and be well-versed in SAP modules like FICO, MM, and SD. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, documenting processes, and developing SAP-based solutions. This position is located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably Computer Science, Information technology or related fields.
• Preferably 5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting SAP solutions.
• Strong knowledge of SAP FICO, MM, SD, PS, IS-OIL and other major modules.
• Experience in end-to-end SAP project life cycle.
• Experience in ABAP programming will be an advantage.
• Aware of the latest SAP project life cycle.
• Aware of the latest SAP technologies, tools and best practices.
• Superb analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Providing support to end users for SAP ERP and applications linked to SAP.
• Troubleshooting system and program problems.
• Identifying and arranging project requirements based on business needs.
• Coordinating projects related to SAP and other applications.
• Developing support documentation for applications and systems.
• Meeting with clients or management to identify business needs and pain points.
• Evaluating existing business process and identifying areas for improvement and automation.
• Developing and testing SAP-based solutions that help meet business objectives.
• Writing and presenting progress reports.
• Creating user and technical guides for SAP systems.
• Keeping updated on the latest SAP products and development.
