A fashion retail company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a customer service and sales associate. The role requires excellent communication skills in English and Malay, a passion for fashion, and experience in retail or customer service. Responsibilities include assisting customers, achieving sales targets, maintaining store presentation, and handling transactions. The position offers flexible working hours and incentives. A high school diploma is required, with further education in related fields being an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, English and Malay be fluent.
High school SPM or equivalent; further education in Fashion, Retail, or Business is an advantage.
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred (fashion retail experience highly desirable).
Passion for fashion and strong product knowledge.
Reliable, proactive, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting fashion items that meet their style and needs.
Deliver an exceptional in-store experience through active listening and personalized recommendations.
Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques and upselling.
Handle customer inquiries, exchanges, and returns in a professional and friendly manner.
Maintain visual merchandising and store display standards according to brand guidelines.
Ensure products are properly tagged, folded, steamed, and organized.
Replenish stock on the sales floor and inform management of low inventory levels.
Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
Assist in daily opening and closing procedures.
Follow all company policies, including loss prevention and health and safety guidelines.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Participate in team meetings, product training, and promotional activities.
Communicate customer feedback and store issues to the supervisor or manager.
