A leading sportswear company is seeking a Senior Sales Representative in Selangor, Malaysia. The role involves managing account portfolios, driving engagement and profitability through strategic execution and cross-functional teamwork. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of business experience, with a strong preference for sales in the athletics industry. Responsibilities include optimizing product sales, delivering presentations, and maintaining key customer relationships. This position combines strategic foresight with customer service excellence.
In this role, the Senior Sales Representative will report to the Country Sales Director and be a part of the larger Nike SEA&I Sales team. This role will work closely with several cross functional teams within Nike such as planning, marketing, finance, and operations to ensure smooth business continuity. This role will be based in Selangor.
The Senior Sales Representative will work as part of the Nike SEA&I team to support and drive the day-to-day partner management, strategy execution, Go To Market (GTM) excellence and in season management with a consumer led focus.
You will identify product opportunities and implement product strategies, stay current on product and product changes and display strong customer service skills by developing and maintaining relationships with key customer personnel at all levels of the customer's business.
As Senior Sale Representative, you will drive your account portfolio’s engagement, growth and profitability in line with Nike’s overall strategy. You will achieve this by leading the cross-functional team through Go-To-Market activities and managing the in-season execution, delivering seasonal commercial targets and identifying incremental growth opportunities.
