A leading healthcare company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Sales Representative to develop and maintain strong relationships with retail customers. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with marketing on sales strategies. Candidates should have a Diploma or equivalent, with proven sales experience and strong communication skills. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing retail customers to drive sales of our consumer healthcare products
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting for and onboarding new customers within the assigned territory
Provide excellent customer service and support, addressing any queries or concerns in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including orders, invoices, and customer interactions
Conduct effective product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our products
Provide valuable feedback and insights to the management team to help inform product development and marketing strategies
Ensure efficient order processing and timely delivery to customers
Area of coverage: Klang Valley, North and South
Minimum Diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in sales or customer‑facing role, preferably within the consumer healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain successful relationships with customers at all levels
Excellent product knowledge and the ability to articulate the unique selling points of our consumer healthcare products
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Familiarity with the assigned area’s market and customer base desirable
Self‑motivated, with a results‑driven mindset and the ability to work independently
Must be willing to travel within the assigned areas and territory as required.
