Promote and sell training programmes to corporate clients, HR departments, and government agencies
Identify new sales leads and business opportunities through cold calls, networking, events, and referrals
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Work closely with trainers and programme coordinators to understand and match client needs
Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients
Represent the company at networking events, expos, or public training days (if required)
