Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed Malaysia Sales budget for both export and import.
• Lead and coach sub-leads and sales team members to drive performance.
• Identify new business opportunities and ensure proper customer segmentation.
• Collaborate with the Country General Manager on strategy, budgeting, and portfolio reviews.
• Provide market feedback on rates, competition, and conditions to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance policies are adhered to and foster collaboration with Customer Service, Operations, and Business Administration.

Qualifications
