Responsibilities

  • Identify sales/business opportunities with network and/or institutional clients.
  • Develop new sales initiatives to drive the Company’s sales performance.
  • Manage, guide, and motivate sales teams to achieve sales goals.
  • Source and develop networks of real estate agencies for sales.
  • Understand market trends to formulate effective sales strategies.
  • Conduct market surveys and provide feedback on performance measurements.
  • Assist and support real estate agents on operational matters.
  • Ensure leads are fairly distributed among the sales team.

Education
