You will lead, push, track, and close sales remotely, working closely with branch teams to ensure targets are achieved daily, weekly, and monthly.

Monitor hourly and daily sales via live dashboards and reports.
Coordinate with branch teams to push promotions, follow‑ups, and closures.
Identify underperforming outlets and execute immediate corrective actions.
Track KPIs: walk‑ins, conversions, average ticket size, and closing rates.
Ensure sales discipline and execution during business hours.
Strong sales leadership experience (retail or multi‑branch preferred).
Comfortable leading sales remotely from a command centre environment.
Data‑driven, aggressive, and result‑focused.
Strong communication and coaching skills.
Able to work under pressure and sales targets.
