Job description

Foster strong business relationships with domestic and international customers through effective communication.

Deliver timely responses to customer inquiries, ensuring efficient resolution and comprehensive solutions.

Oversee sales order processing operations and support strategic sales planning initiatives.

Coordinate with relevant departments on customer orders and manage logistics for shipment and delivery schedules.

Maintain accurate records of customer sales performance metrics, order history, and payment status.

Represent the company at business meetings, client visits, industry exhibitions, and professional conferences (as required).

Execute special projects and additional responsibilities assigned by management on an ongoing basis.

Key Requirements

Minimum 5 years of sales experience (indoor or outdoor) in any industry; manufacturing or steel industry experience is preferred.

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Engineering, Media Communication, Mathematics, Statistics, Psychology, or an equivalent field.

Proficiency in English and Mandarin (spoken, written, and reading) for communication with domestic and international clients.

Preference for candidates currently residing in Johor Bahru.

Good-to-Have
