The Role

As a Senior Sales Executive, IVT Cardiovascular, you will play a vital role in driving growth for our cardiovascular portfolio within the Intra Venous Therapy segment. Based in Johor and covering the southern region of Malaysia (including Melaka, Batu Pahat, and surrounding areas), you will leverage your cardiovascular expertise to develop strategic partnerships with healthcare professionals, manage key accounts, and ensure our advanced solutions reach those who need them most. Your knowledge and commitment will help us advance healthcare and make a real difference in patients’ lives.

Your key responsibilities
  • Grow, defend, and develop the sales within the given territory by achieving yearly sales target within the department and product portfolios.
  • Foster good business networking and business relationship with the customers, as well as maintain good customer relationships through trust and credibility building, as well as identify key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals.
  • Regularly attending industry events, trainings, company meetings, briefings, and educational workshops.
  • Attend surgery ethically and diligently in the surgery according to company and hospital SOP whenever needed by the hospitals and surgeons to achieve the best outcome to the customers and patients.
  • Ensure successful implementation and execution of sales / service strategies defined by the Business Units Managers / General Manager.
What you will bring to the team
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferably in Business or Science.
  • Min 3 years of sales experience in Cardiovascular (pharmaceutical & medical devices).
  • Various selling techniques and able to apply / demonstrate it during business / product promotion to customers.
