About the job Senior Sales Executive - B2B SaaS
We are seeking aSenior Sales Executive to join our client's team, you will be responsible for driving new business and expanding the existing customer base across Malaysia. This position is a hybrid position based inKuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run a full sales cycle, including closing new business and expanding the install base at or above quota on a monthly cadence.
- Source and engage new prospects through both inbound leads and self-generated opportunities.
- Conduct qualification calls with C-level executives and department leaders to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Deliver online product demonstrations and occasionally conduct in-person presentations.
- Collaborate with internal champions and multiple stakeholders to drive sales and secure buy-in at all levels, including directly with C-level executives.
- Work closely with relevant departments to adapt and evolve sales strategies as new features and products are introduced.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Min. 2 years of experience of direct sales experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS company.
- Expertise in selling over the phone, cold calling, and delivering compelling presentations.
- Extensive experience selling to customers in Malaysia, with a diverse client portfolio.
- Consistently ranked in the top 5-10% in past sales positions, with a history of exceeding quotas.
- Previous experience working in a startup environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with SaaS products and the tech industry.
- A strong network of contacts within the Malaysian business landscape.
