Responsibilities
  1. Work with your superior in developing innovative sales strategies based on competitors strategies, customers reach and demand to achieve sales targets and revenue goals
  2. Arrange sales visits to potential customers (territorial will be given later)
  3. Conduct market research to assess gaps, opportunities, and external needs. Look for new opportunities through networking, cold calls, social media and communicating with your peers/other sales collegue
  4. Formulate processes with your superior in maintaining relationship with customer which can be trained to other sales colleague
  5. Creating sales forecast for yourself and other sales collegue and reporting it to your superior
  6. Keeping abreast with monthly sales target and achieving it
  7. Negotiating, Closing packages with customers
  8. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  9. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications and other content, establishing personal networks, benchmarking best practices, and participating in professional and industry organizations.
  10. Driving the company’s overall sales to profitable
