Key Responsibilities

• Manage all risk‑management activities related to CFD products, including Forex, Precious Metals, and Cryptocurrencies.
• Monitor market conditions such as liquidity, pricing, spreads, and trading platform performance, and provide timely risk reports and insights to senior management.
• Analyze client trading behavior at the account level and present risk findings and recommendations to management.
• Conduct investigations and provide resolutions for issues related to trading platforms, order execution, copy trading, margin usage, and market data.
• Monitor trading systems and client activity to identify abnormal or high‑risk behaviors (e.g., HFT activities, EA spamming) and elevate technical or risk‑related concerns to IT or senior management when necessary.
• Provide training and guidance to customer service and sales teams related to third‑party trading solutions, margin requirements, order types, and trading operations.
• Work closely with Dealing, Payments, IT, and senior leadership to implement risk mitigation strategies and continuously enhance risk‑management processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Investment, Business, IT, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in risk management, finance technology, or investment‑related roles.
• Previous exposure to risk reviews, risk assessments, or risk‑based audits is highly advantageous.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, particularly CFDs, Forex, Precious Metals, and Cryptocurrencies.
• Hands‑on experience or knowledge of Forex and/or Crypto trading is a plus.
• Familiarity with trading platforms such as MT4, MT5, or similar systems.
• Experience with third‑party trading solutions (e.g., Copy Trading, PAMM, or equivalent platforms) is preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to perform under pressure in a fast‑paced trading environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and monitoring purposes.
• Fluent in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written) to effectively support Mandarin‑speaking clients.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including market open/close periods and shift‑based schedules when required.
