• Strong analytical skill with good command of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Proficiency in HR Systems will be an added advantage.

• Perform benchmarking studies and research for market competitiveness.
• Assist in reviewing policies and processes for competitiveness and compliance.
• Manage guaranteed and variable compensation policies and framework.
• Support Group Employees Engagement program related to rewards.
