Job description

Our client is a Regional Delivery Centre (RDC) that centralizes IT supply capabilities in the Asia Pacific region to deliver an exceptional customer experience. With the continuous business expansion, they are seeking a highly motivated and organized Senior Recruiter to join their team based in Kuala Lumpur.

At least 8-10 years in talent acquisition, with a focus on IT roles, preferably within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

What You Will Do

Collaborate with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand the talent needs and create comprehensive recruitment plans for IT positions.

Utilize various sourcing techniques, including direct sourcing, networking, social media, and job boards, to identify and engage with top-tier candidates. Conduct in-depth phone and in-person interviews, assessing technical, business acumen, and cultural fit across all levels and functions.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job profiling and candidate assessment to offer negotiation and onboarding. This includes all administrative activities - ranging from data entry, job creations, system updates, interview scheduling, offer letter creation, obtaining approvals and so on. All job offer proposals are to be discussed and aligned with HRBP.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical IT roles to ensure a consistent flow of qualified candidates.

Develop and implement innovative and effective employer branding and talent attraction initiatives to position the organization as an employer of choice within the IT industry.

Act as a subject matter expert in IT talent acquisition, providing insights and best practices to enhance the overall recruitment process.

Stay current on industry trends and best practices for both IT and business support positions, ensuring you source the most qualified talent for evolving needs.

Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus.

Proven track record of at least 8-10 years in talent acquisition, preferably within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Extensive experience in recruiting for a broad range of IT positions, including but not limited to senior management, developers, testers, devsec ops, service delivery managers, cloud engineers, analysts, service desk agents, network specialists, IT security management, project managers and others.

Strong understanding of IT industry trends, technologies, and skill sets, with the ability to assess technical competencies and cultural fit.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Proficiency in utilizing applicant tracking systems, HRIS, and other recruitment tools to manage candidate pipelines and analytics.
