Position Summary

Senior Radiation Planner

Duties

• 1. Evaluating Customer orders to create suitable production schedules and handle routine liaison with customers in relation to processing.
• 2. Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and promptly addressing and resolving production issues to minimize delays in production.
• 3. Recommending viable solutions to reduce production costs as well as improve production processes and product quality.
• 4. Effecting changes to production schedules to ensure that production deadlines are met.
• 5. Compiling reports and submitting to management in a timely manner.
• 6. Promptly informing the relevant departments of changes to current production schedules.
• 7. Coordinate production workflow and optimize use of resources in planning production.
• 8. Managing Gamma and Xray facilities with team size more than 40 employees.
• 9. Define and meet customers' expectations regarding turnaround time.
• 10. Ensure that adequate resources and consumables are available always.
• 11. Generate and update a weekly forecast report master schedule.
• 12. All other responsibilities that commensurate with her experience and qualification as assign by the Manager.
• 13. To ensure and comply to company rules and policies, Lean, safety policies, QA procedures and SOP.
