The role involves translating customer needs into innovative product ideas, managing design and project teams, and ensuring collaboration with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, at least five years in the construction or formwork industry, and proficiency in Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD.
