Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
• Preferably Senior executive specialized in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide Costing Analysis for each Project.
• Obtain cost price comparisons from craftsmen and suppliers.
• Manage payment claims and review bills from subcontractors.
• Monitor quotations from craftsmen not to exceed contract budget.
• Conduct briefings related to BQ with the project team.
