Job summary

A government regulatory authority in Cyberjaya is looking for a qualified individual to perform QoS data analytics and develop regulatory frameworks to enhance service quality. The successful candidate will analyze mobile network performance and develop data visualization for internal stakeholders. Applicants should have at least a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Telecommunication Engineering and a minimum of 6 years of experience in network optimization and data analytics, preferably in mobile broadband. Skills in data visualization and understanding of mobile technologies are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in network optimization and data analytics in telecommunication industry.

Responsibilities

• Analyse mobile network performance data for service improvement.
• Develop data analytics visualization for internal stakeholders.
• Conduct studies for appropriate regulatory framework for QoS and QoE.
• Benchmark best practices with other National Regulatory Authorities.
• Lead discussions to support departmental work in network service quality.
• Participate in ITU-T meetings for standards improvement.

Understanding of Communications and Multimedia Act 1998
