Job summary

A leading packaging company in Negeri Sembilan is seeking a QA Section Head/Sn Engineer to manage and supervise the QA/QC team. Responsibilities include developing KPIs, managing audits, enforcing QA processes, and collaborating on new product introductions. Qualifications

• At least 3 years of working experience in a related field.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and designs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the QA/QC team including engineers and inspections.
• Develop KPIs and performance metrics for team alignment with company goals.
• Organize and manage internal and external audits.
• Design, update and enforce QA processes and procedures.
• Monitor and improve QA workflows to enhance efficiency.
• Analyze non-conformance reports and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with sales, technical and production teams for new product introduction.
