We are looking for a dynamic and talented Project Engineer to join us to monitor and execute our projects and ensure their successful completion.

Job Description

• Lead and oversee the technical execution of solar energy projects by managing a team of Project Engineers to ensure the successful design, planning and implementation of solar system.
• Initiate and discuss suggested projects SOP and workflow for the team and contractors.
• Manage the materials availability and monitor the usage on site by engineers.
• Verify the required Bill of Materials for each project and monitor the engineers for the site work.
• Ensure projects are completed on time with the desired quality.
• Report the completed projects and testing and commissioning for the projects.
• Verify testing reports after projects completed.
• Troubleshoot systems problems if any.
• Adopt best practices and implement continual monitoring and improvement on HSE (Occupational Health, Safety & Environment) and Quality.
• Support in other assigned activities when needed.

Requirements

• Engineering degree preferred (Electrical).
• Minimum 5 years of related working experience and 2 years of managing role/team.
• Experience in solar systems is a must.
• Good communication skills and hardworking.
• Own transportation required.
• Able to start work ASAP (if possible).
