Job Responsibilities : Our payment company is seeking a Channel & Merchant Success Specialist to support our team, focusing on channel partnerships and merchant success. This role is crucial for driving growth, retention, and satisfaction within our partner and merchant network. We seek an individual passionate about the payment industry, eager to contribute to our company's success.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Channel Expansion & Product Optimization
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential channel partners aligned with strategic objectives and market trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, including negotiating commercial and contract terms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop channel programs to increase engagement and sales.
  • Monitor and analyze channel performance metrics, identify improvements, and implement corrective actions.
  • Create materials, presentations, and guidelines to support sales efforts.
  • Business Partnership & Account Management
  • Nurture relationships with key partners, conduct regular reviews, and address performance issues.
  • Foster collaboration with partners, negotiate contracts, and ensure satisfaction through regular check-ins.
  • Coordinate with teams to meet project deliverables within timelines.
  • Educate partners on product and market trends to enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Merchant Success & Business Analysis
  • Develop and implement merchant health metrics, collaborating with data teams to improve dashboards.
  • Analyze merchant data to identify areas for improvement, offering strategic insights.
  • Work with business teams and high-value merchants to understand needs and improve satisfaction.
  • Prepare performance reports and actionable insights.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to inform growth strategies.

Pre-Requisites :
