Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee the performance and development of the Private Team and GLC Team. Ensure alignment with company objectives, sales targets, and customer service standards.
  • Provide clear direction, regular coaching, and hands-on support to both teams to drive high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with developers that support and benefit both the Private and GLC Teams.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders in the developer segment to position our brand as a preferred tile partner for all projects, from planning through to execution.
  • Provide support to the Private & GLC Team in addressing tile complaints, delivery issues, and collection matters.
  • Attend to customer enquiries and ensure timely and professional responses.
  • Address customer complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Be accountable for evaluating and approving customer claims related to product quality and delivery.
  • Ensure a solution-oriented and ethical approach when handling site-related complaints.
  • Continuously update product and technical knowledge.
  • Educate distributors, developers, and architects to minimize product-related complaints and enhance confidence in our offerings.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide valuable insights that support strategic decision-making and improve market positioning.
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador by actively implementing the company’s promotional and publicity programs.
  • Uphold a professional and positive brand image in all engagements.
  • Maintain accurate and timely updates of the CRM system and sales pipelines.
  • Submit required reports as per management guidelines.
  • Undertake additional tasks and assignments as directed by Management from time to time.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or any related field.
  • Familiarity with architectural tiles, building materials, and project documentation is an advantage.
  • Solid understanding of the full project development process and ecosystem.
  • Strong connection with key stakeholders, developers, architects, strategic partners and contractors.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in utilizing project management tools and software to drive project execution and reporting.
  • Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments and consistently meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to secure specifications, close deals, and resolve objections.
