Qualifications

• 8-10 years of relevant working experience in the Property Development industry.
• Certified in Project Management Professional (PMP) by PMI is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall project implementation to meet contract specifications.
• Conduct feasibility studies and manage design development.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders and ensure compliance with contracts.
• Manage defect rectification during the Defect Liability Period.
