A prestigious development firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an individual to manage and coordinate projects effectively. This role includes overseeing renovations for new tenants, ensuring compliance with internal standards, and providing administrative support. Candidates should have a Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Project Management. The position emphasizes timely project delivery and collaboration with various stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
To coordinate with consultants, contractors, and relevant parties at all stages of project management for on-time project delivery.
To assist in monitoring field work to ensure compliance with the Group’s standards, requirements, procedures, and specifications.
Oversee renovation works for new tenants at the Malls.
Develop projects by reviewing project proposals and plans from interior designers and having discussions with management.
Monitor fit‑out plans and the progress of implementation (including liaising with mall fit‑out teams, mechanical & electrical systems, lighting systems, etc.).
Arranging hand over of vacant possession of premise to tenants.
Provide comprehensive administrative support, including performing Personal Assistant duties to GM.
Other task and roles as assigned from time to time or based on any project requirements.
Qualification : Diploma / Degree in Architecture, Interior Design & Project Management
