What You'll Be Doing:

As a Senior Project Executive, you'll play a crucial role in bringing our campaigns, events, and campus activations to life. You’ll lead on-ground execution, manage project timelines, and ensure every detail.

  • Planning and managing end-to-end execution of events, university activations, and any other campaigns.
  • Coordinating with internal teams (content, marketing, talent, ops, videographers) to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Liaising with universities, vendors, and partners to secure venues, approvals, manpower, and event logistics.
  • Leading on-ground crews and ensuring the activation experience meets brand expectations and CRIT’s quality standards.
  • Managing project timelines and budgets, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
  • Conducting post-event reporting, data collection, and campaign performance analysis to support future improvements.
