Company Overview

We are a medical injection moulding manufacturer supplying high-precision plastic components to global medical device companies. In line with business expansion, we are currently looking for a Project Engineer to manage new product introductions (NPI), engineering changes, and cross-functional project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Support Project Management (PM) and Business Development (BD) teams to achieve Annual Operating Plan (AOP) targets

Coordinate with customers to understand project requirements, timelines, and expectations for New Product Introduction (NPI)

Manage and track new programs, tooling projects, and Engineering Change Notices (ECN) from initiation to mass production

Lead and monitor NPI builds, mold trials, and pilot runs, ensuring issues are identified, analyzed, and resolved systematically

Prepare, review, and consolidate PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) and First Article Inspection (FAI) reports for customer approval

Ensure accurate BOM verification and ECN implementation in the ERP system

Improve customer forecast accuracy and ensure Purchase Order (PO) coverage within agreed lead times

Coordinate with internal teams (Engineering, Production, QA, Supply Chain) to ensure On-Time Delivery (OTD) and minimize excess or aging inventory

Support prompt payment collection by ensuring project milestones and deliveries are met

Requirements

Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field

Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management in any field
