Job responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee small to medium size projects (software development etc).
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, team member duties, and project goals.
  • Monitor project progress to ensure on-time delivery and maintain quality standards.
  • Assist Project Managers with various project-related requests.
  • Perform administrative tasks to keep the stakeholders well-informed on project progress.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of project delivery and acceptance processes within a fast-paced business environment.
  • Identify project risks and prepare risk mitigation measures.
  • Generating various reports on project data as per company requirements.
Job requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related discipline.
  • At least 4 years of relevant work experience.
  • General knowledge of PC applications, especially Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Mandarin to serving Mandarin-speaking customers.
  • Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Leadership potential and the ability to work well in a cross-functional environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Previous experience in project management will be considered an advantage.
  • Fluent in Mandarin (in order to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers).
  • Malaysian only.
