• Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in product/category management, preferably in electrical/home appliances industry.
• Self-driven, data-focused, and able to lead initiatives independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead category strategy and growth planning (monthly, quarterly, yearly).
• Drive pricing, margin, and product lifecycle strategies to achieve KPIs.
• Conduct detailed market & competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
• Negotiate commercial terms, rebates, and promotional support with suppliers.
• Oversee purchase planning and stock allocation across outlets.
• Work with Marketing & Sales to plan campaigns and trade promotions.
• Analyze category performance reports and make improvement recommendations.
• Guide and support junior product executives when needed.

You will play a key role in driving category profitability, supplier negotiation, and product strategy execution.
