Job description

Oversee the daily operations of the payroll department to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of all payroll-related functions.

Perform end-to-end monthly payroll processing and generate payroll reports accurately and on time.

Verify employee backpay requests arising from salary disputes.

Check and update additional allowances, incentives, and claims for payroll inclusion.

Coordinate annual EA Form preparation and distribution.

Prepare and submit finance-related payroll reports.

Annual Increment & Performance Claim.

Extract and maintain updated weekly active employee lists and full employee lists.

Ensure accuracy and proper record-keeping for reporting and analysis.

Prepare and issue Letters of Confirmation, Extension, or Non-Confirmation based on employee status.

Assist with internal and external payroll audits by providing accurate data, documentation, and clarifications as required.

Attend to and manage all payroll-related government inquiries in a timely, professional, and compliant manner.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4–7 years of hands‑on payroll experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with HR, Finance, and external stakeholders.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
