Job Summary

The Senior Order Fulfillment & Export Specialist ensures timely and accurate order fulfillment from receipt to delivery. This role serves as the key point of contact for export orders, manages internal and external logistics coordination, and continuously improves order and distribution processes to meet customer and regulatory expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Validate and process sales and export orders in ERP (e.g., SAP).
• Coordinate closely with Planning, Warehouse, and Logistics for dispatch.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all export order matters.
• Monitor inventory allocation and ensure timely order documentation.
• Liaise with couriers and shipping partners for local and international shipments.
• Prepare export documents and ensure compliance with trade regulations.
• Address customer inquiries, claims, and after-sales support.
• Lead or contribute to process improvement initiatives within order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Logistics, or related field.
• The candidate must know how to speak Mandarin Chinese and English.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in order processing, logistics, or export.
• Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and familiar with export documentation.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Training/License/Certification: Certified Supply Chain Professionals, Export Compliance Professionals Certification, Certified Professional Logisticians (CPL), and other similar certifications are preferred but not required.
