Job description

The Senior Operations Executive will support operational execution, coordination, and project management in relation to RWA consultancy, tokenisation advisory, and related activities.

Key Responsibilities

Support daily operational workflows to ensure timely deliverables and execution.

Assist in operational planning, milestone tracking, and project coordination.

Prepare, update, and enhance business proposals, presentations, internal decks, and client‑facing materials.

Conduct market and desk research for feasibility assessments, readiness checks, documentation requirements, and preliminary due diligence.

Prepare operational assets such as project documentation, onboarding checklists, data rooms, information request lists, and delivery trackers.

Liaise with external service providers such as legal counsels, auditors, custodians, exchanges, KYC/AML vendors, and regulatory bodies.

Coordinate internally across cross‑functional departments to align on timelines, dependencies, and workflow continuity.

Preferred Background and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, legal, or relevant discipline.

3-5 years of experience in operations, project management/coordination, consulting, or financial/technology services.

Exposure to fintech, tokenisation, or digital asset ecosystems is an advantage (willingness to learn is valued).
