A leading energy company is seeking a Senior Engineer, Production Operations in Kuala Lumpur. This role involves providing technical and operational support to offshore production teams, leading troubleshooting efforts, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Process Engineering, along with at least 15 years of oil & gas experience, including 5 years in offshore operations. Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of oil & gas experience, including 5 years in offshore operations or production leadership.
• Strong technical knowledge of gas-condensate process systems.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary troubleshooting and RCA exercises.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily technical operations support to offshore production teams.
• Analyze process performance data for optimization opportunities.
• Lead troubleshooting of production upsets and equipment failures.
• Ensure Safety Critical Elements (SCEs) remain functional.
• Review and endorse E-deviation & Management of Change proposals.
