About the role

Our Client isseeking a skilled and experienced Network Engineer to join their dynamic teamin Kuala Lumpur. As a Network Engineer you will play a crucial role to lead network project delivery, enhance team capabilities, and ensure timely project completion. The ideal candidate has minimal 2 years of network project experiences, strong technical skills, high responsibility and excellent teamwork abilities.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and implementation of small to medium-scale network projects
• Configure, install, and troubleshoot network and security devices (Cisco, H3C, Sangfor, etc)
• Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance
• Conduct training sessions and document project knowledge for team growth
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior network engineers
• Identify project risks and ensure deliverables meet client expectations
• Stay up-to-date with the latest network technologies, best practices, and industry trends

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Network Engineer or in a similar role within the ICT industry
• Strong expertise in network architecture, design, and troubleshooting, with a deep understanding of protocols, routing, switching, and security
• Proficiency in configuring and managing network devices from leading vendors, such as H3C, Cisco, HUAWEI, or Sangfor
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to analyse complex network issues and implement effective solutions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Relevant certifications, such as H3CSE, CCNP, HCIP, are highly desirable
• Proficiency in Mandarin will be considered an added advantage.
